4. Types of information we collect

We collect information only as needed to operate the App and provide attendance-related services.

4.1 Information you provide directly

Important: Staff/supervisor accounts are created and managed by your organization or our administrators. The App does not offer public self-registration.

4.2 Information collected automatically

The App does not use third-party analytics SDKs (such as Firebase Analytics) to track your screen navigation. Crash and stability reports on Android release builds may be collected through Google Firebase Crashlytics.

4.3 Information stored on your device

The App may store the following locally on your device:

• Login session token and profile cache (encrypted secure storage)
• Optional remembered username and password (if you enable “Remember login”)
• Selected entry role (Supervisor/Manager vs Ruige Member)
• Optional saved Ruige Member FIN (if you choose to save your FIN)
• Language preference

You can clear most local App data by logging out. Uninstalling the App removes local data from your device.

4.4 Information we do not collect

Based on the current App version, we do not:

• Collect precise location/GPS data
• Track screen views or in-app navigation with analytics SDKs
• Access your camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, call logs, or photo library
• Display third-party advertisements
• Sell your personal information

The App requests Internet access only.

7. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only with trusted service providers that help us operate the App, including:

7.1 Service providers

• Cloud hosting and API infrastructure providers
• Authentication and secure data storage service providers
• Google Firebase Crashlytics — to collect crash and stability reports on Android release builds
• Google Play services for distribution and in-app updates
• Google Fonts for text display

7.2 Your organization

Attendance and account information may be visible to authorized administrators within your organization.

7.3 Legal and safety reasons

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

8. International data transfers

Data may be processed outside your country with reasonable safeguards.

9. Data retention

Account data until deletion; attendance records as legally required; diagnostics for limited periods.

10. Security

HTTPS encryption, encrypted on-device storage, access controls, and admin-reviewed deletions.

11. Your choices and rights

You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing depending on your location. Contact inquiry@ruige.com.sg to exercise your rights.

12. Account deletion

12.1 In-app account deletion request (recommended)

If you have a supervisor/staff login account, you can request deletion inside the App:

Step 1. Sign in to the App

Step 2. Open Profile (bottom navigation)

Step 3. Tap Request account deletion (below Logout)

Step 4. Confirm your username

Step 5. Enter a reason for deletion (minimum 10 characters)

Step 6. Submit the request

Your account is not deleted immediately. An administrator reviews the request. If approved, login account and profile data are deleted or deactivated. Some attendance records may be retained where required by law.

12.2 Request by email (without using the App)

You may request account deletion by emailing inquiry@ruige.com.sg with:

1. Subject: Rui Ge Account Deletion Request

2. Your full name

3. Your App username

4. Your workforce FIN (if applicable)

5. Reason for deletion

6. Confirmation that you want your account and associated personal data deleted, subject to legal retention limits

We will verify your identity before processing the request.

12.3 Ruige Member path (no login account)

If you use the Ruige Member path only (FIN weekly report without creating a login account), you are not creating an App user account. You may clear locally saved FIN data by changing role or uninstalling the App. For broader data requests, contact your employer or us at inquiry@ruige.com.sg.

13. Third-party services and links

The App relies on third-party infrastructure and platform services, including cloud hosting, authentication and secure data storage services, Google Play distribution/update services, Firebase Crashlytics, and font delivery services. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies.

14. Google Play Data Safety alignment

When completing the Google Play Data safety form, our App’s current data practices generally include:

• Personal info: name, user IDs (username, FIN), other account/profile info
• App info and performance: crash logs (Firebase Crashlytics on Android release builds); server/API diagnostics (e.g. error logs, request metadata) where retained by our backend infrastructure
• Device or other IDs: session tokens and technical identifiers used for app operation and security where applicable (e.g. IP addresses in server logs for rate limiting); device model/OS in crash reports

We do not currently declare:

• App interactions (no third-party screen/navigation analytics SDK)

Data is:

• Collected for App functionality, account management, and security
• Shared with service providers listed in Section 7
• Encrypted in transit (HTTPS)
• Not sold

Declare exact categories in Play Console to match this policy. If our data practices change, we will update this policy and the Data safety form.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We update the effective date and may provide additional notice for material changes.
